Error message when publishing course in Rise 360
Hi,
I am encountering an issue while trying to publish a course in Rise 360. I consistently receive an error message, "Something wen't wrong"
I have followed the usual steps for publishing a course, but this error is preventing me from completing the process. I have already attempted troubleshooting on my end, such as checking my internet connection, ensuring all course content is up to date.

I have tried to duplicate the course and then publish again. It didn't work.

I am seeing the same issue, but only with one particular course (including a copy of that course) and just since last night. I'm opening a support ticket.

I'm seeing the same with a new course. Previously published courses have been able to publish with no issue.
I've raised a support case.

- p-didakt Produktion [1] has just found out one possible solution, that fixed couple buggy courses that we had:
In a nutshell, if the course contains an empty File Attachment Block, it currently prevents course from being published. So it might useful to check those on your courses, if those blocks have lost their attachments somehow.

As mine was a 'test' course, I'd put some block 'place holders' in without any content (in my case it was to access a downloaded file). Once this was remedied, the publishing worked a treat. Thanks!

Thank you! It worked! I removed the empty File Attachment Block.
