Oops, sorry, I see that I didn't answer your question. I'm not sure why your report is showing like that... maybe the choice is actually the word "Incorrect?"
The choice is not "Incorrect" - there's actually text in the question response other than incorrect. I will try SCORM Cloud to see what I get...
I learned something as I was working through this...If you set questions to score by choice instead of by question, Storyline will send over the answer that was chosen and whether it was correct. Solved the issue!
