Sorry to hear that you ran into these issues, and I'll be glad to help you troubleshoot each one.
For items 1, 2, and 5, I recommend repairing your Storyline 360 installation to fix any erratic behavior encountered while using the application. For items 3 and 4, please share a copy of your project file and translation document here or privately by opening a support case so we can test why the translation isn't being applied correctly. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
Additionally, for the font issue, would you mind testing with a standard font like Arial so we can rule out if the issue is font-specific or not? Let me know how it goes!
