First marker auto-triggers in guided tour mode (unexpected behavior)

I'm experience an issue with my 360-degree image in guided tour mode. Previously (I believe), the first marker would only open when clicked, but now it automatically triggers as soon as the slide starts, showing its associated layer before the base layer instructions finish. I haven't added triggers to make this happen. Only a trigger to show a layer associated with the first marker. How can I change this to make sure the marker is only triggered by the user clicking the marker?

Thanks for responding. I found a workaround by using free navigation and a variety of triggers. The issue I wanted to prevent was skipping through media content before moving on to the next slide. I thought guided tour would help with this, but something must have been off with the set up. I will open a support case. Thanks

  • Hello tcwells1,

    Happy to help!

The behavior you described is unusual, and I couldn't replicate it when I tested layers in a 360° image. I've attached a sample project file so you can see my setup. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can check your slide to see what's causing the layer to appear? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
