font problems in storyline
I have a problem with my storyline. When previewing, or loading into the LMS system, it gives a black screen. After a long search, it turns out to be the system font. When I change it to, say, Arial, it does work. Unfortunately now the error keeps recurring so I only have a limited supply of fonts (offered in storyline itself). What could this be due to? My colleague does not have this problem, and I have already uninstalled and reinstalled storyline.
update: The solution was to uninstall the fonts and re-install the fonts on my computer. Thank you to the support team for the quick help!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble working with certain fonts in Storyline 360!
I noticed you've also opened a support case. You're in great hands troubleshooting with our support engineers, and they should be connecting with you shortly! In the meantime, do you mind sharing which font was causing the issue? Storyline 360 doesn't support Adobe Type 1 PostScript fonts or Variable Fonts, and these will be replaced by default system fonts, such as Arial.
Just so I understand, are you saying the error keeps occurring even after switching to Arial?

It is for example with Poppins, Archivo. I haven't had any issues with these fonts (I use it a lot in my e-learnings) till this week ... So before I previewed and uploaded e-learnings with these fonts.
The error doesn't occur with Arial of Calibri.
