Funny Ai behavior in Rise?
Have you noticed funny, unwanted or unhinged behavior by the Ai assistant in Rise? Please let me know. This can be the repetitive use of certain words, faulty additions to text, images that are creepy, anything. I'd love to hear from you!❤️
If you type too fast in the Divider it cannot cope, throws up an error, and logs you out. I've sent a video of this issue to Support who cannot replicate this. I am still having this issue.
Support has acknowledged there is a bug with the Labelled graphic and I've been advised to use a workaround of copying and pasting the HEX code into the field instead of typing it in.
Which browser are you using? I find Chrome the best to use. Do you need to update your browser?
I'm on Chrome and this is where I am having issues.

We didn't record any recent outages with Rise 360 that could explain the error you ran into, so the incident might have been isolated. Are you still experiencing any of these issues when editing your Rise 360 course? It may help to clear your browser's cache or use a different browser to test if the behavior is with your current browser. And today another issue - I have added an Interactive block > Labeled graphic and when I tried to change the theme colour with Custom it won't let me type my colour code. The block now has a black background. Other blocks don't have that issue.
Not with Ai but I've noticed (since yesterday) that when you add a Divider and go into it to edit, mid-way through editing the text in that divider, the connection to Rise drops with the message "Something has gone wrong". I have to refresh the screen to reload my work and the divider is there with my half-edited text.
