get click location

Using Storyline 360.

I need to show the location of where the user clicks when asking them to locate an item on the screen.  Currently there is no feedback as to where they have clicked.

Ideally I would like to pulse a circle on the spot they click, prior to submitting their answer.

Javascript cannot be used due to client request.

Surely obtaining the x,y coordinates of the click location and then using them to place a pulsing shape or even a highlight of some sort is not too difficult, but I don't seem to see this function anywhere.

Thanks Nedim.  Unfortunately the limitations on the hotspot questions makes it nonviable for my use eg shapes limited to ovals and rectangles.  I need to use the Pick questions.

I don't understand why the pulsating click area confirmation available in the hotspot questions is not also available in the Pick questions.  This would be a wonderful enhancement.

Have you tried a Hotspot Freeform question? Here is some info: https://community.articulate.com/kb/user-guides/storyline-360-hotspot-questions/1098262
