Getting error message when exporting AI generated audio

Hi, has this happened to anyone else? I am on Windows11, out of nowhere I keep getting an error the attached error message each time I try to export an audio generated by AI. I add the script, select the voice, generate speech and get the voice. After inserting, I go to options, click 'Export Audio', I get the error message which doesn't allow me to get the mp4.

If anyone has encountered this issue, please share your solution.

    Hi,

I'm running into a similar issue with exporting AI generated audio files. When I go to export, it won't do anything other than show me the error message stating articulate ran into an issue and to fill out and report. I was told to save the file on my local desktop from Articulate Support but that hasn't solved the issue. I'm wondering if its caused by the same issue you ran into. Can you tell me how you created the folder that allowed you to export? I'd appreciate any assistance.

Hello Greg, so what worked for me and is still working right now is a folder with a closer path to my desktop. The problem that triggered the error message I would get is that we discover that the folder name path was way too long, so it couldn't be found. If you have OneDrive, create a folder there and first, save your Storyline file to that folder, so that when you then export audio, it defaults to that folder. Your folder path then will be "OneDrive > New Folder Name". Instead of creating a folder within a folder and having a path that goes like "OneDrive > Folder 1> Folder 2> Folder.........> Storyline Audio folder". The point is, whether you create the folder to your Documents folder, or Desktop directly, just make sure your Audio file that Storyline will default to is one or two folder only like the image attached.

      Hope that makes sense.

Thanks for replying Luciana. I may or may not have uninstalled/reinstall and rebooted my laptop like 10 times lol Sooo, as you can imagine, this actually was quite the rollercoaster, but was able to get a fix talking with one of the Articulate senior engineers. It turns out that the folder path that storyline was defaulting to was too long, like the character limit was exceeded. Therefore, in the logs, it was showing "Message not found", thus the error message. The fix is: I created a folder closer to my OneDrive so it now works like a charm. The senior engineer did mention that it might be a bug, so if anyone is having this issue or has it in the future, they can try this for a workaround.
