Having issues in commenting in Storyline 360
Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with sharing modules for review in Review 360. After generating the review link in Storyline, I made sure to check the box that allows users without Articulate IDs to comment.
However, neither my SMEs nor I are able to leave comments. The entire comment section is grayed out, and there's no option to add or resolve comments.
Has anyone experienced this before or have any tips on how to fix it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I am also facing the same issue, i added review request SME mail , but still SEM wont able add comment, Can you please help me

- One reason that commenting could be disabled is if the user hasn't started playing the course yet. Has your SME already viewed at least the first slide of the review item before trying to add a comment? If they see the play button, please go ahead and let them know to click that first.
- What browser is your SME using? Do they notice any difference if they switch browsers and try to add comments?
- Do you have more than one SME sharing comments? If so, I'd be curious to know if they all experience the same behavior when attempting to leave a comment.
