HeyGen and Storyline Integration Tips?
Hi CarlaGoldberg-e I did this on my last project (which was also localized—meaning we created new HeyGen videos for each language). As the avatar introduced the module, the training title, logo, module title, interactive table of contents buttons, and instruction text appeared one after another with entrance animations. You don’t need triggers—just the timeline and cue points. You drop your video alone onto the timeline. You listen and mark the moment when your avatar says “Welcome to…” and then place the title text on the timeline. And so on. That’s it. (And it works just as easily with localization, since you can move or extend each text block depending on the language.) Especially if you need to modify an item (a single word in a text, animation), you don’t have to redo the video. I highly recommend it.

That's what I was thinking of doing I just could not articualte like you did. 😃 I wasted WAY too much time trying to make things work in HeyGen. I'm of course disappointed that we get these fancy tools, but I'm still going back to good old Storyline to make it the way I want it. LOL Love Storyline, I was just trying to make the process faster, meanwhile I wasted way more time. Thank you!
