How to Compress SCORM output to adhere to LMS upload restrictions

Hello, 

I am working with another organization to host their self-study on my LMS. I use Docebo to host my content, and there is a maximum upload size of 1024 MB. Unfortunately the SCORM file is very video heavy and currently has a file size of 2.34 GB. Is there a way to compress the output to meet the upload restrictions while still having the  video files in the SCORM package? Can attach files if needed.
