Hyperlink to other parts of a course?

I, too, would like to have a feature where you can link within a lesson/block. 

Would also need this function.
Or some other way to link to a section in a glossary.

Adding my vote to the many others in need of this function.

Also, is it possible to have each group in the side lesson menu collapsed by default and the let the user expand to see the lessons?
