I have an issue adding a collaborator. They and add me and I cannot add them.
I know you'll probs say im not a team subscription and or use different data centres but why then can he add me as a collaborator and I cannot?
I can do this with so many other learning designers around the country but not this guy? why might this be????

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with collaborating in Rise 360. I can confirm that you have a Teams subscription, and you should be able to add the other Teams user as a collaborator.
