Is it possible to turn on closed captions by default in Rise360? After some user testing, we've realized that our learners fail to find the small caption button (or don't understand its functi...
+1 for this feature. What is especially egregious for a learner accessibility stand-point is that if they turn CC on for one video, that isn't persistent and thus they have to keep turning the CC's back on for every single video in the Rise course. Please address this accessibility issue, Articulate!

I'm going to share both of your comments with our Product team so they are aware of who is requesting this functionality. If it makes it on our roadmap, we'll be sure to update this discussion!
