Is there an outage? I keep getting logout of my Rise 360 account
Hi, is there an outage or latency in Rise 360? Since August 5 at 7:40 am ET/ 7:40 pm Singapore time onwards we were having latency issue. It keeps on showing "Loading" then "Something went wrong". I also get logout of my account when I try to open a course I am currently working on.

- Is this happening with on specific training, or multiple?
- Are other team members getting the same error message?
- Have you tried logging out and back in using a different browser or an incognito window?
I'm not experiencing any delay accessing Rise 360 content. Please ensure that port 443 is enabled, and these endpoints are added to your organization's allowlist. You may need the help of your IT team for this! If the issue persists, I'd like to connect you with one of our Support Engineers so we can get this resolved!

- Are other team members getting the same error message? my team is getting the same experience (refer to the screenshots)
- Have you tried logging out and back in using a different browser or an incognito window? tried both Chrome and Edge, and we get the same latency.
We can access Rise 360 homepage and view review links, so I believe port 443 is enabled.
