Issue: Exporting New Version of Existing Review Link - Content Not Loading

We are experiencing a persistent issue when attempting to export a new version of an existing review link in Articulate Review 360. Upon initiating the export process, the system displays the message, "This item will be here automatically when ready." However, the updated content fails to load, rendering the new version inaccessible.

Impact:

This issue significantly hinders our workflow, as we require the ability to export updated versions of existing review links to incorporate feedback efficiently. Creating a new review link is not a viable solution due to the potential loss of valuable comments from previous reviews.

Could you please help us find a good solution?

  • I have had the same issue. I just delete the old one and republished it. For me there was no comments to loose. I think Articulate needs to look in to this. Maybe set a case up.

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

    I understand you prefer not to publish a new Review 360 item when troubleshooting the issue to preserve existing comments. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache to see if this helps fix the problem? Does publishing from a different browser make any difference? If the issue persists after changing how or where you publish the course, please open a case with our support team here to connect with a support engineer for further troubleshooting!       

  • Hey bylittlelearnin! I wonder if I could help you dig into this as I have resolved a lot of these issues that randomly occur in the past with us. Want to shoot me and email and see if we can track it down? Typically it happens when the Review item that was published is being overwritten and the state of that course gets stuck when processing.
