Issue with Label Language and Closed Captions in Storyline 360 – April 29, 2025 Update
In the latest Storyline 360 update released on April 29, 2025, we observed an issue where the label text in the published 360 Review link or build appears in a random language, despite being correctly configured in the Storyline tool.
However, when we revert to the February 2025 version and publish the same file, the label language displays correctly. Unfortunately, in this version, the first closed caption (CC) text on each slide disappears.
Kindly investigate this issue and provide a resolution at the earliest.

Thank you for your support! We wanted to highlight that this appears to be a general issue affecting all localized files. When publishing a build or generating a 360 review link using the April 2025 update, we’re encountering label issues across all story files. As a temporary workaround, we’ve reverted the tool to the February 2025 version.
