Issues with making a "Skip ahead if passed" quiz optional

It would be great if the pre-test could be optional. Forcing everyone to do a pre-test is a bit harsh for new employees and people completing for the first-time.

For example, in the quiz settings if you toggle on 'Skip ahead if passed', and toggle off 'Require passing score to continue' or 'Include in lesson count', it would be good if users could branch past the pre-test (should they choose not to take it) without triggering the restriction to continue beyond the branched lesson with the response: 'Lessons must be completed in order'.

For a future update, it would be amazing to be able to set the menu as restricted but have the option to toggle off individual lessons/quizzes from being restricted. To have some things that are ok to skip - optional vs required. It would open up (probably a world of hurt to program) but so many branching possibilities.
