Limited industry characters
I find the selection of industry characters very limited. "Michelle" and "Andrea" are the only characters that wear industry PPE such as long pants and hi-vis.
Is there any way to get more characters?

Check out eLearningArt.com and eLearningBrothers.com. Those companies are in the business of providing characters and other assets, so they can provide a wider range than Articulate does.
Of course, more characters come with a fee. I've found eLearningArt to be quite reasonable and with a good selection. I haven't needed the specialty characters you do, but you can see what characters they offer before you subscribe.

Would also love to see Articulate provide more industry characters.
I second this request. My company needs illustrated characters in the coveralls that our shop technicians wear. It would be nice to see as much professional diversity in the characters as Articulate provides for ethnicities and gender.
