Login in to two different accounts
I have two accounts with Articulate. The older one is based in the US data center, and the newer one in the European data center. When I switch between the accounts, I always have difficulties login in. The url https://360.eu.articulate.com/rise redirects to the general page https://www.articulate.com/360/rise/ where I cannot see the content that I've created. The only way I can get back to my content library is by deleting everytime all my history and cookies. Is there an easier way to log in to both accounts?

Thank you for your reply, StevenBenassi.
Hi ReneLuisman!
I understand the frustration around login difficulties, when switching between accounts in different data centers!
When signing into Articulate 360, it's expected behavior for the user to be redirected to the URL that corresponds to the data center where the subscription is stored. For the EU data center, this is https://360.eu.articulate.com, and for the U.S data center, it's https://360.articulate.com.
As a workaround for clearing cookies, you may consider using different browser profiles for each account. This way, you can keep your login sessions separate without needing to continually clear your cache.
Also, for your reference, this article goes into further detail on the Articulate EU Data Center.
