Missing courses in Team Folders

My team has set up a hierarchy of folders within our Articulate team folder, and we've assigned all team members as Managers in the Share Settings for each folder. According to the User Guid...

Folder permissions give access to the folders themselves, but content inside the folders has individual permission settings as well. Here's an example:
For the courses that are only visible to a few team members, please check the Share Settings for those courses to confirm that they've been shared with the correct team members. If your share settings look correct, please open a case with our support team here to connect with a support engineer for further troubleshooting.
