Missing PDF Documents in published Articulate Presenter course.
I've attached two PDF documents in the Resources tab in Presenter. However, when testing the course in the LMS, I received an error message. I noticed the /external_files/ folder is missing. I've reattached the documents and republished several times but no luck.

I'd like to ask a few questions to understand what's happening.
- Would you mind sharing how you're adding your PDF files to your presentation?
- Is your course's PPTA file present when you published your course?
- Would you be willing to share a copy of your Presenter 360 course here so we can test the behavior?

Thank you for the response. I have resolved the issue; I realized I published the wrong file instead of the PPTA file.
