Mouse/Cursor out of Sync

I'm trying to troubleshoot the same problem, only I'm using Parallels on Mac. Have tried fiddling with the resolution but it doesn't make any difference to the cursor position and severely compromises the look of the desktop when recording.
Any resolutions for parallels users?
