Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention, and I'm sorry it's been giving you headaches! I recreated this in a new file, and just like you said, the Fly in: By paragraph animation causes the answer choices to duplicate in both Flash and HTML5.
I'm going to bring this to my team, and we'll report it as a possible software bug. As soon as I get more information, I'll be sure to post it here. Thanks again for reaching out!

Just to clarify, I am in here under two logins...My original was Michael Anselmo (Michael.anselmo@wittenstein-us.com), and in this case I logged in to Articulate 360 to upload a course for review by my colleagues under "WITTENSTEIN WITTENSTEIN" (not sure why it is that way, but our IT department manages all of the software , including subscriptions, so I had to use their login. I believe both go to my e-mail address, but I guess we will find out. Thanks again!
