My screen reader (VoiceOver) will not read the questions of a Rise 360 course
Hi, I create all my courses on Articulate as it was supposed to be accessible. I just discover that the screen readers don't read the question of a quiz lesson?!
Currently using VoiceOver screen reader, on mac, and tried to have him switch to H1 to the question by using tab, shuft/tab, arrows, space, enter, and all the letters of my keyboard but it didn't work...

Arrows didnt work but using control + option + arrow worked.
Thanks for sharing what worked for you! The VoiceOver button can be changed, so I'll leave this document on general commands for VoiceOver for others who come across this post in case they run into a similar issue.

And also in the same veine, is it normal it doesn't read the failed message indicating the user he has to take again the quiz?
Hello Colombine,
Happy to help!
You need to use the left and right arrow keys to navigate to the quiz question text. Doing so allows "VoiceOver" to detect the question text as shown in this screenshot.
The same sequence can be used to go through the question feedback after a learner has failed a quiz. Here's more information on using keyboard navigation to navigate Rise 360 courses.
Hope this helps!
