Not able to disable the menu

Hi,
we can't disable the menu in published files.
The burger menu is always coming up.
Does anybody else got this problem?

We publisch to SCORM 1.2 package.

    Do you have Menus & Controls on or off? And is the Menu player tab disabled or enabled?

    If the Menu is deselected in the Player Tabs, but the Menu still appears, check the Slide Properties. The Menu will still show if it's selected there.

    To adjust the Slide Properties for multiple slides, go to Story View. Select the slides, and then adjust the Slide Properties.

    • Note: This should work. However, I've seen comments from folks who can't edit Slide Properties in Story View. Sometimes, the ability to do that will return if you quit Storyline and relaunch. Otherwise, you'd have to adjust the properties slide by slide.
