Numbered bullet points are misaligned
When I use a 'numbered list' in Rise the text is not centered to the bullet. Is there anything I can do about it?
I attached an example image to illustrate what I'm talking about.

Hello JerimyElliott-8,
Thanks for the additional information. I opened a support case on your behalf so we can get more eyes on the issue. You're in good hands, and someone from the team will be in touch shortly to help troubleshoot the behavior.- JerimyElliott-8Community Member
This is still happening, and my end users are frustrated with any numbered list I create. The text appears way below the number on the left side. Even the default text is misaligned.
Hello JerimyElliott-8,
I'm sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. Would you mind sharing what font you're using in your course so we can test whether the font is causing the misalignment? I did a quick test using the default Lato font, and it looks like the default list isn't showing this display issue.
Feel free to open a case with our support team here if you'd like us to look at your course for testing!

Jose, the font in your body text is Merriweather, not Lato. The obvious giveaway is the serif font. Lato is a sans-serif font (see your heading.)

Hi John! Sorry to hear you are experiencing misaligned text and bullets when creating your course. Did you copy/paste from a source or did you manually type them in Rise?

I don't know what is happening but when I try to send the screenshot, it is showing the post greyed out and that it was reported.. I tried to do it a second time, but the same thing is occurring... I've tried adding it as an image to the body and as an attachment, but it isn't working.
Hi Erin! Sorry to hear you've been having trouble trying to attach a screenshot to your comment. Could you please open a support case with us instead? You can do that by clicking here.
Please include the browser and version you're using, the font you used, and the screenshot. This will help our Support Engineers investigate the issue. Thanks!

Tagging onto this conversation.. Currently experiencing unaligned bullets. I've tried clearing the formatting, copy/pasting from Word, and typing into a new list.

Hi all,
quick question to all.
I have cut and paste some content into RISE module and although I have added bullets and numbering in the edit version - when I preveiw the bullets and numbering don't appear. What do I need to do?
thanks for any help.
Hi again! You can refresh your page, and your bullets and numbering should be fixed. Sorry for the hiccup!
Hi there, Connie. We're working on a fix for the issue with bulleted and numbered text right now. I'm sorry for the trouble!
I'll post an update here when we're back in action.
Hi Caroline! It looks like you're using Calibri for your theme font, is that right?
Here's what a numbered list bock looks like with Calibri from my side. Did you copy/paste your text from another source like a Word document or a PDF?

Crystal -- I'm so used to bulleted lists defaulting to left alignment that it didn't occur to me to also select left alignment. That worked. Thanks!
