Percentage not showing for module score on LMS
Hi all! Does anyone know why the percentage mark is is not showing for one of my modules ('Packing') on my LMS? Screen grab attached. I have asked for help from the LMS and they have said it will be within the file configuration. FYI all these files (modules) have a set of questions at the end of each one and 80% or more is needed to achieve a pass on each module. All files here should be configured the same, so I am not sure what will be different on the 'Packing' file. Any ideas? I'm hoping it's a quick fix like toggling something! TIA!

I'm glad to see that Sam is helping you out here. I agree with his suggestion to test in a different LMS like SCORM Cloud to determine if this issue is LMS-specific. Here's how to test your course on this platform:
If you can replicate the behavior with the percentage mark in SCORM Cloud, would you be willing to upload a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can look at it? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
Hi LisaKingdom it will help us look into the issue if we can understand something about the publish settings you have for the module and the quiz set-up that you have. If it is configured and published the same as the other modules, it's hard to understand why you would get a different result.
I would also recommend testing the course separately in a free service like SCORM Cloud
