Problems with flashcard grid since update

Hi there

Since the recent update, there has been issues appearing in our microlearnings, specifically with the flashcard boxes.

They look fine in edit mode but it doesn't look right in the preview or published versions. Images attached to show the difference.

Had a similar issue in the same learning with the numbered list where it was spilling over into the next block - removed the image background from the numbered list and made it a plain colour which corrected it.

Any ideas or solutions?

Thanks

Sam

Apologies - images now attached. The first shows the flip cards moving into white space on a solid colour background.

The second shows the list feature covering the next text block

      Hi Sam_Ingham!

Thanks so much for sharing your screenshots with us.

I tried replicating this behavior on my end but was unable to experience it. If I understand your images correctly, it looks like you've connected the blocks within your microlearning. Is that right?

Do you notice a difference in the behavior of the text in the list if you disconnect them and include a spacer block in between the flashcard and the list blocks?

Feel free to share a link of your microlearning with us in this thread or privately in a support case so we can take a closer look at the setup!

I am having this issue as well. I added a spacer block below the card stack block and that seemed to fix it temporarily, however, this week it is looking cut-off again. I have submitted a support case.

  • Hi Sam_Ingham,

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your microlearning. I don't see any images attached to your post. You can select the paperclip icon or drop-down arrow next to the camera icon to include an attachment!
