Publishing takes forever

Publishing times can vary based on course size and the media included, but usually by a few minutes. Could you help me confirm a few more details?

• What Storyline 360 update are you using? Click on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
• Are you comfortable with sharing one of the files for testing? You can use this private link. I can publish the course and let you know how it goes!

Has this been resolved?

I'm having the same issue - but for publishing to review 360. No videos involved.

My team mates are having to publish for me as it can take up to 3 hours to publish to review sometimes - whereas it will take 5 minutes for them. 

I've checked what Storyline I am using and it is 16.1.1

I'm not clear on what version of Storyline you're currently using.

Help > About Articulate Storyline

We are currently on Build 3.48.24116.0 of Storyline 360. You can read all of the details (and see previous updates) here.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Thanks for sharing that screenshot, Beth. It looks like that's your version of Parallels, but no worries, I recorded a quick Peek 360 video to demonstrate how you can check for your Storyline 360 version.

Are you able to share your .story project with me? As I mentioned above, I'd be happy to take a look.

Hello, Is there any update on this as I am having such problems with a current file. All my course are publishing slow but one in particular takes up to 2 hours. 

Same here. Would be nice to know why. It's all of a sudden for me too. Was fine a few days ago
