How do we connect content produced in Frontline to our LMS?

Currently, Quick Share links are the only supported publishing method for Frontline Kits.
For Guides and Quick References specifically, authors can also download a PDF. Just click the Export tab on the left, then click the Download button.

I'm confused about how the Claude integration works? Do you work in Claude? Or do you somehow use Claude within Articulate? If you just work in Claude, how does it know you are working on something that will be used in Articulate?
I use Claude for all sorts of things, so I'm assuming integrating it with Articulate still allows me to use Claude for non-training items?

Great questions.
You'll still work entirely in Claude. Nothing changes about where you chat or how you access it. "Articulate MCP" is simply a Connector you can turn on inside a Claude conversation that lets that specific chat reach into your Articulate 360 account.
When it's enabled, just describe your course topic, audience, and goals in Claude, and AI generates a draft outline (or Frontline kit). The output shows up in your Articulate 360 training library, ready for you to build on. Check out this video to see that process in action!
To your follow-up questions:
How does Claude know something's "For Articulate"?
It doesn't guess or monitor in the background. Nothing gets created in your Articulate account unless you explicitly:
- Turn the Connector on for that chat (plus icon > Connectors > toggle Articulate MCP on).
- Describe the training you want (topic, audience, goals).
- Click Allow when Claude asks permission to run the task.
There's always a deliberate opt-in and a permission prompt before anything touches your Articulate account.
Can I still use Claude for everything else?
Yes. The Connector is opt-in per conversation, not an account-wide mode. If you don't toggle it on in a given chat, Claude works exactly as it always has. With zero connection to Articulate.
Even when it's enabled, it's scoped narrowly. It can only generate draft outlines/kits or list your existing training. It's not a backdoor into your full Articulate account. It can't publish, share, or pull analytics on your behalf. Those actions still only occur directly in Rise or Frontline.

I have 3 eLearning modules built in Storyline. Is there a way to integrate, modernize, apply brand colors across all of them in Rise? In other words, can I upload a Storyline file into Rise, have it create a new modern course with my designated brand colors?

Unfortunately, Rise does not support converting or importing a .story file directly into a Rise course. The two tools use fundamentally different formats, and there's no conversion path in either direction.
As a workaround, you can try:
- Rebuilding the modules in Rise, then applying their colors, fonts, and other visual choices with Brands.
- Embedding the Storyline modules as Storyline Blocks within your Rise course. This lets them sit within a Rise lesson, but the Storyline content itself keeps its own player, design, and branding. It won’t inherit Rise’s theme automatically.

Are there plans to enhance the MCP connector's capabilities? The current toolset is of no real value in my workflow. Claude has contextual access to a huge amount of source material that Articulate doesn't, so it can create a strong starting point for an entire course for me—right now, I basically copy/paste each block, which is error-prone and tedious.
It can then assess the content via a browser and spot errors, etc. I then have to manually track down and fix these, rather than letting the agent update as it goes.

Great to hear that you've been exploring Articulate MCP in Rise.
Right now, the integration mainly operates as a drafting assistant and lookup tool. Allowing users to turn AI conversations into draft outlines in Rise or kits in Frontline. While giving them the ability to browse existing training more efficiently.
The current capabilities are at an early stage, but our team has been actively reviewing feedback and exploring ways to enhance Articulate MCPs for our authors. Feedback like yours gives us real insight into what customers need most from this kind of tooling.
We'll be sure to provide updates on any new enhancements we introduce!
Can you help me understand how an MCP with an LLM would connect with Storyline, specifically? I'm finding the documentation hard to parse, and haven't found any demo videos showing what's possible.
If I connected my org's Copilot to Articulate, and had a chat with it about a, say, 30-screen Storyline course with branches and stuff, does the MCP connector then create a set of screens in Storyline with some text on them, that I would then go and edit / create on? Or is it something else? Or am I wrong in that the MCP works with Storyline specifically, and only Rise?
From what I've seen, it only works with Rise and is extremely limited in what it can do, ie nothing of value that I can identify yet.

Glad to see AdamWeekes​ has been helping you.
As he shared, Articulate MCP currently works with Rise and Frontline only. There is no Storyline-specific MCP integration today, which is why the documentation and demos haven't been matching what you're picturing.
That said, we understand that users would like to see this integration extended to Storyline as well. We'll be sure to notify you if we release a future update that helps.
I've been trying to connect Copilot, and I haven't gotten a clear answer from support. Do I have to pay for all AI features for the integration to work? It has already been approved in my organization, but I keep getting an error saying I don't have an active subscription, even though I do.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble integrating Copilot into Rise.
