Questions with multiple response (created by AI)
Hi guys,
I've encountered the following issue. While creating a course, I used the AI (AI Assistant) to generate the questions. The questions were initially created in the course lessons and then moved into the question bank to be used in the final test.
The issue I’ve encountered is related to multiple-response questions. When a question is moved to the question bank, the correct answers become unchecked (see screenshot 2025-10-03_14-32), whereas in the lessons, the question is fine and the correct answers remain checked (see screenshot 2025-10-03_14-34).
The temporary solution I’ve found is to manually check the correct answers (question bank), which seems to work.

Hi Vasile_Tihon!
Sorry to hear that you've run into this setback!
I was able to replicate the same issue when testing on my end. I've logged this behavior as a bug in Rise 360. This bug causes:
- Multiple Response 'Correct' answers are omitted when a question (generated by AI Assistant) is exported from a Knowledge Check Block, to a Question Bank.
I've linked this discussion to the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready. In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest creating Knowledge Check/Multiple Response questions manually. This behavior only occurs when AI-Assistant is used to generate the question.
Thank you for your patience. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!

Thank you for your response. I confirm that I’ve used the manual method to create the question in the question bank, and it works perfectly fine.
Thank you, and have a great day!
That’s great to hear, Vasile_Tihon! I’m glad the manual method worked for you. Thanks again for confirming and for your patience while we work on the fix.
Hope the rest of your course building goes smoothly.

Unfortunately, my temporary solution doesn’t work. I don’t know if the issue occurs with all questions of this type or only with those created by the AI.
