We haven't seen this issue reported by other users, so if your courses are hosted on an LMS, I'd recommend testing in SCORM Cloud to see if the responsiveness issue you're experiencing is LMS-specific. Rise 360 uses responsive design for its content, so there should be little difference in terms of loading when a course is viewed on either mobile or desktop.
