Reach 360 Link to Learning Path

Hi,

We're testing out a learning path we want to launch in a couple of weeks and I can't find information on how a person is supposed to get back into Reach and visit their assigned courses after their initial visit. All I see a the registration link, are people supposed to use that link every time they want to return?

It came up because one of our testers using an Android phone got caught in a loop in the Register and Sign-up pages. They are already registered, I see thier info in the group they are supposed to be in, but when they go back and click on the already registered link, they are prompted to sign-up, then get sent to the registration page, and then end up back at the Sign-up page.

If there is a link to bypass the restration page, that would be ideal, but I can't figure out what that is.

It took me 10 seconds to realize this might work: https://xxxxxx.reach360.com/learn/my-learning

Thank you! Is there a way to link to Reach that isn't directly to a learning path or course, maybe their My Learning page? I'm trying to set up an email that could be set to everyone enrolled in a learning path, every group will have a different learning path because of customized content. So, I'm trying to avoid having to figure out which group and learning path a person needs a link to.

    Happy to help with this!

Reach 360 learners don't need to use the registration link to return to their training material. Instead, they can simply navigate to the 'Learn' tab on the top of the Reach 360 dashboard.

There, they can access training assigned to them, review completed training, and download certificates. However, you can also share a link that takes registered learners directly to their content. This article goes into more detail on Direct Linking in Reach 360.

Also, I'm sorry to hear your colleague ran into that setback! Accessing a self-registration link if already registered will bring users to a sign-up page. It's possible that was causing the looping behavior they experienced.

Please let me know if you have any more questions!
