Resizing Boxes in Matching Drag and Drop
Does anyone know of a way to get box "option 5" to be the same shape as the others? Any insight would be much appreciated!

I spoke with Customer Care and ended up sharing the file. They helped me get it all the same but not like the original.
"I reviewed the slides and noticed that you're using Storyline's built-in Matching Drag and Drop question slide, which currently doesn't allow users to change the formatting of the generated text boxes for the drag items and drop targets

I was never able to get the boxes to be the same size as the first image.

Ange Thanks for your response! I have tried adding a new slide and it appears like this,
Thanks for the suggestion that it may be a corrupted file and to reach out to Articulate. I appreciate the insight!

I was not able to replicate the issue with Matching Drag & Drop slide. I believe the second slide is Matching Drop-down slide which by the way looks ok. Have you tried importing a new Matching Drag & Drop slide as Ange suggested to see if the issue is gone?

If, for the new visual you attached, you did not manually resize the matching drag/drop items it is definitely odd behavior. Agree, contacting support is the way to go. Good luck!

I see this in Preview mode.

Hi Angela0039 To cross one thing of your list of checks, before you start checking everything else, which can be laborious, I have attached a .story file with a matching drag and drop, which you can check and if it looks fine import into your project and check again. It looks and works fine my end, both in preview and review.

Angela0039 Very odd! Even if font sizes or faces are different the boxes should all be the same size. Have you tried inserting a new quiz slide to check if the same happens, it could also be a corrupt slide or a glitch. It may be worth creating a support ticket and uploading the slide so Articulate can take a look.

p.s. Do you see this in Preview mode or did you see it when published to Review?
