Review 360 - comments being posted under a different reviewer's name
I shared a course for review with three reviewers. For some reason, the comments for one of the reviewers are being posted as being from one of the other reviewers. For clarity: Reviewer A Review...
We experienced the same issue at the end of last week. Wondering if you have gotten any help to figure out what happened?

In cases like this one, it's possible that a reviewer was signed in under a different account when they commented or entered a different email when prompted. To troubleshoot the behavior, please ask the reviewer who experienced the issue to try leaving a comment using their browser's incognito or private window to see if they can replicate it. They can also test using a different browser.
If they can consistently replicate the issue while signed in using the correct account, please open a case with our support team here so we can investigate what's happening.
