Review 360 is not uploading project files to backup
It stopped doing it on 11/18.
I published again today making absolutely certain that the box is checked. I can see the "Backing up project file" progress, but it is not giving me a download button for the project file
What is going on?
Ended up finding a way to resolve it.
In 360 app, go to your name, then
diagnostics/logs/Options and enable detailed API logging for "Publish to Review 360."
When you click done the service will restart and all my queued backups went through.
That has worked a few times now.

I just checked and is working fine for me.
Do you have a teams account? Individual accounts have a limit on data maybe you have hit that. - BarbaraJacobs-1Community Member
Something weird going on. Typically, I don't see the message when a file is being backed up as it is being uploaded to Review 360. Now I am seeing it every time today. Very odd. Just now, I received an upload error...time for support!
