Review comments disappearing after re-publishing
Hi Kelly, thank you for your response. This is happening for multiple courses and I noticed this behaviour a few weeks ago. I can only use Edge as the company browser. I have also opened a support ticket since this irrational behaviour is going to be impacting a dozen courses that are in flight for review. I have tried everything - feedback tab only shows the comments from the current course. So if I republish after actioning feedback - the feedback is gone! But it will be there in previous versions. All this is very stressful when you have to action feedback and have multiple review cycles. Does it matter if the title of the course changed during the review cycles is that causing the glitch? Please help, kindly.

Thanks for following up on this! I understand how frustrating this case be when working with multiple courses that need to be reviewed. Can you confirm that you're the course owner? You can change the course title, and that won't cause an issue, as long as you choose the right course when you publish a new version on an existing course.
I also checked our system for a support case and couldn't locate one for this issue. Please let me know if you have the case number or if you'd like assistance submitting a case.
