Review comments display at end instead of by screen

We are having an issue in which the Review 360 comments from one of our reviewers display after the final screen. When they review it the first time and comment as they go through, the comments display on the correct screens. When they use the Prev button to go back through the course and jump around a bit, the comments all end up displaying after the final screen instead of the screen on which they commented. 

It has happened for them on multiple course reviews. No one else is having the same issue. They have an Articulate account to review, but do not have an Articulate license.

I can't replicate the issue, and my comments are displayed in the correct locations.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    It sounds like the problem is isolated to the one reviewer given that no one on your team is encountering the same behavior. Please have them try the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:

    • Have them clear their browser's cache
    • Test the behavior on different browsers
    • Make sure their OS and browsers are all up-to-date
    • Test the behavior with all browser extensions temporarily disabled

    Hi JoseTansengco

    Thanks for the reply. I started having the same issue as our reviewer this afternoon. We are using different browsers. Both of us have the issue when we use the Previous button or menu to go back to a prior screen after we've completed the course. 

    If I refresh my browser, it works correctly again, but the comments I made when I first started jumping around are still in the wrong place. I have to go re-enter the comments in the correct location and delete the incorrect ones.

    We haven't had a course to review in a couple of weeks, but we have one today and are having the same issue. When we go back through the course, our review comments aren't in the correct location.
