Review Site Having Issues
Is anyone else having issues publishing to Review 360 and/or accessing files published there?

Not Review but I just went into Rise and none of my files were there. I tried restarting and logging in again (which have helped with the multiple Storyline glitches I have had lately) but the winner was opening in 360 in Chrome instead of Edge.
Hi AnnemarieGra062!
Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing Rise 360 content!
As I shared with ChristaNovel637, Articulate 360 experienced an outage earlier, due to a system misconfiguration. If you're still seeing this behavior in Edge, after clearing your browser's cache, please make sure you have the following browser settings enabled:
- 'Continue where you left off'
- 'Open tabs from the previous session'
When these settings are disabled, browsers may clear sessions and prevent users from connecting to Articulate 360.
We are committed to ensuring that all of our products are readily available so that our users have what they need, when they need it. If you're still having trouble after those steps, please connect with us through a support case.
Our support engineers would be happy to assist further!
Hi ChristaNovel637!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Review 360!
I can confirm we had an issue earlier, which caused intermittent technical difficulties in some Articulate 360 applications. If the behavior persists after clearing your browser's cache, please confirm you have the following browser settings enabled:
- 'Continue where you left off'
- 'Open tabs from the previous session'
These are two settings offered in most modern browsers. When they are disabled, we have seen reports of browsers clearing sessions, and preventing users from connecting to Articulate domains. However, if you're still having trouble after those steps, please connect with our team through a support case.
They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!

It worked yesterday, but I'm right back to where I was the day before - when I try to publish to Review, sometimes the Review option isn't even there in the publish options of the file, sometimes it is but it lags forever and then pulls up and then errors when I try to publish. The issue is not on the browser side. It is happening in Storyline itself.

This is what I keep getting. I've restarted my computer, updated Storyline, and tried everything else I can. I am definitely online and not having any internet issues.
Hi ChristaNovel637,
Thanks so much for sharing what you're seeing. This sounds like a separate issue from what was going on with Review 360. I'm curious: Is this happening with one specific file or multiple files? If it's happening with just one file, have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline project? Have you done a Storyline repair if it's happening across various files?
This article includes a few issues and solutions for when Storyline 360 gives this error. If these don't work, I'd like to connect you with one of our Support Engineers to get you up and running as quickly as possible!

It's happening with everything I try to publish. One of my employees is also having issues with being asked to sign into Articulate over and over when she's in a Storyline file. I had that happen this morning as well. I've also been getting messages that this community is unavailable due to "high traffic." When I reload, the community does load at least.

And another +1 -
- Signed in to SL360 - publish twice=> failure
- Rebooted twice, signed in to SL360 each time, publish twice => failure
- If I keep getting asked to send failure reports, my congenial personality will likely be overtaken by the Not-Very-Congenial temperament that comes out when I am dealing with technical problems...
What is going on?
Hello ChristaNovel637 and JHauglie,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
Review 360 appears to be working properly for me, and we're not tracking any outages for the service.
This is true for both Rise 360 and Storyline 360. The issue might be file-specific since any problems with the source file can cause publishing to Review 360 to fail. Please share a copy of the file you're trying to publish to Review 360 here or privately by opening a support case so we can check what's causing the issue. We'll delete it when we're done!

I opened a case several minutes ago (#01051631). I will send the file there.
This is frustrating....๐

It's happening with every file for me, so there is no point in submitting a file if it's not the only one.

And I'm still not getting anywhere. Are ChristaNovel637 and I the only users unable to get files uploaded to Review360?
And is there any type of backdoor that we can use to get files published out for review?

I can get files to publish by trying repeatedly, but it takes many tries. There are other users reporting other issues with the Review site and Storyline in general: Review 360 (storyline) issues today? | Articulate - Community

JHauglie it resolved itself for a while, but I'm back where I was several days ago now. I've been trying off and on for hours to publish a version of a course to the review site so I can get final SME approval. Fortunately, I am not an Instructional Designer (I manage the team), so this is only something I have to do periodically as staff augmentation, but it is very frustrating. It definitely isn't file specific in my case and, as far as I know, my Instructional Designer is not having the same issue (at least she wasn't when I asked a few days ago). I'll keep trying and hope this is the last eLearning I need to get reviewed for a while.
Hi ChristaNovel637!
Sorry to hear this issue has popped up for you again!
We're currently tracking a bug in Review 360, which causes the platform to refresh randomly when IPV6 is enabled.
- IPV6 is a communications protocol, that provides an identification/location system for computers on networks, and routes traffic across the internet.
To help us understand your setup a little better, do you mind confirming if your device is connected to IPV6? Hereโs how to check:
- Go to Settings โ Network & Internet โ Wi-Fi or Ethernet (depending on your connection).
- Click on Hardware properties or View additional properties.
- Look for an IPV6 address.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
