Rise : Knowledge Check with random choices order

Hello, I noticed that there is no feature on Rise to set the choices in a multiple choices question appear randomly. I read an article saying that this feature does exist for a quizz block (even if I don't see any quizz block on my user interface).

Is this feature really not present on Rise knowledge check ?

Thanks.

  • The feature is present when using a Quiz lesson, which is different from a Knowledge Check block.

To set this up, you would:

    1. Go to the page with your course title and lessons.
    2. Add a new lesson, give it a name, and then choose "Create Quiz."
    3. Inside the quiz, select the gear icon in the top-right corner and toggle on "Shuffle Answer Choices."

The upside is that there are a lot of other options, too. The downside is that a Quiz lesson cannot be embedded within another lesson—it stands alone as its own lesson. Hope this helps!
