Rise 360 - Note Taking Feature?
Hello everyone,
I was recently building a bit of a technical course using Rise 360 and one of my observations was that it would be great if there was a note-block, or perhaps overlay on Rise 360 courses that allowed people to take notes, save resources, create their own checklist/resource list etc. and then print it or save it as a PDF post course completion.
Is this a feature that is being considered?
Regards,
Justin

Ah, I see I'm late to the party, but my colleagues and I are also interested in such a facility!
Hi DavidSmith-6d0f! I can see where a note-taking block would be a nice feature in Rise 360. I've submitted your request to our product team! We'll update this discussion if it makes it on our feature roadmap.

Please add me to the list as well. This would be such a wonderful addition.

In addition to the approach and demo I outlined above, we recently completed a project for a client where, instead of using local browser storage to store the learner's notes during the course, we stored them in the learner's comments data array in a SCORM 2004 compliant LMS. This overcame the problem of resuming the course on a different device or using a different device.
The JavaScript is not trivial but it works well.
