Rise 360 Audio Accessibility issue
We are creating an accessibility training so it is important that it is fully accessible. I have a number of Audio files in my training and most of them work as expected. I am only having trouble with 4 of them and cannot determine what makes these different other than maybe there is a lot of content just before the audio file. This is strictly an accessibility issue related to tabbing. The audio files themselves work fine. I originally had trouble with 5, but adding a little extra padding to the previous element fixed it. It did not help the others.
Here is the issue.
In preview, review and in the LMS, when tabbing through the page, the tabbing appears to skip the audio file and goes straight to the next thing which is the continue button. What I have noticed is that is seems that there is a certain threshold when the audio file actually appears on the page. Even if the space where the audio file exists is actually visible, if you don't happen to scroll to that exact threshold, it doesn't appear. So, the tabbing actually makes it to the audio file, but you can't see it so you don't know to activate it, and you just keep tabbing. If you happen know you've arrived at the invisible audio file and you hit the space key, it will play the file.
Any ideas?

I meant to add these two images so you can see the subtle difference between the space where the audio file should show and how just a slight movement of the mouse allows the audio to appear.
Hello SueBlanchard,
Happy to help!
I understand that some of your audio blocks are not displaying correctly in the course and can't be tabbed to. Is this correct? If yes, I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
- Does deleting the problematic audio blocks and reuploading the audio files help to fix the issue?
- Is that issue happening to a specific set of audio files? Or is the behavior random?
- Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?
- Does this happen regardless of which browser is used to view the course?
If recreating the blocks or clearing your browser's cache doesn't fix the issue, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!

- I have not tried deleting the problematic audio blocks and re-uploading the files but I will do that and report back.
- It happens to 4 specific files on 4 specific sections of the training.
- I have cleared the cache
- I have tried it in both Chrome and FireFox and had the same experience.
