Rise 360 Challenges: Saving, Video Loading & AI Avatar Limits
Hi MadhushreeB,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. I’m sorry you’ve experienced lost changes and slow-loading videos, especially after investing several hours in course development.
You mentioned that you previously contacted our Support team about Credits for AI Avatars. Could you share your case number? That’ll help us review what’s already been discussed and follow up appropriately.
Losing changes that appeared to be saved isn’t expected behavior, and we’d like to investigate that too. Could you answer a few questions to help us narrow this down?
- Is this happening in one course or multiple courses?
- Which browser and browser version are you using?
- Was anyone else editing the course at the same time?
- Approximately when did this happen, and what type of changes were lost?
For the video-loading issue, could you also tell us a few more details?
- Where are you seeing the delay—while uploading, editing, previewing, or viewing the published output?
- Does this affect every video or only certain videos?
- What are the affected video’s file type, approximate size, and duration?
These details will help us narrow down each issue. If we need a course link or source file, we’ll collect it privately through a Support case.
Regarding AI Avatars, the current experience uses Nova credits rather than the previous Labs allocation. Credits are used when you generate or regenerate an AI Avatar video. They aren’t consumed when learners play an existing video. Your account admin can view the available balance and usage, and additional credits can be purchased through your Articulate account representative.
You can learn more in our Understanding Credits guide and explore our AI Avatars tutorials.
Thanks again for sharing your experience. We’ll be happy to take a closer look once we have those additional details.
