Rise 360: Updated question bank not showing in SCORM file
I updated 2 questions in a team question bank that is linked to one of my courses. After updating the questions, I confirmed that they reflected correctly when viewing the course in Articulate. However, when I downloaded the new SCORM file and uploaded it into our LMS, the old questions remained. I thought it was an LMS problem, but they reviewed the SCORM and found the old questions inside the SCORM file. I'm at a loss as to why the new SCORM saved with old questions that are no longer in the course.

Hi there, Donna! Thanks so much for reaching out and for working with Lianne in your support case. I see she recently sent you some questions that will help her with troubleshooting the issue you're seeing with question banks. Please let me know if you didn't receive that email from Lianne!

I have had the same problem -- what is the solution please? I deleted a question from the Banks and it is still being pulled into the course. It is set to randomly pull questions, but the question should not longer be in the bank.

If you made changes to your question bank, you'll need to edit the question draw and click on the "UPDATE DRAW" button before republishing your course for the changes to take effect.
