RISE and ZenDesk

Hello, 

Does anyone have experience or can provide suggestions on using RISE with ZenDesk? I know ZD is not an LMS. Currently I am able to link to articles (doc) titles. Ex: How to swim, and the linked to that. But what that does is opens up a new window and it displays the course URL. Just trying to see the best way for users to have a seamless experience. Thank you.

    Anyone have luck with this?  I'm tempted to make LMS pages that mix Zendesk KB articles and SCORM based lessons... but I would love to know what's working for others / avoid making poor UX choices...
