Rise course is showing as complete in LMS even though quiz has been failed.
I have the quiz settings set to 80% to pass, require passing score to continue is on, quiz retries - unlimited, include in lesson count - on. I have uploaded a scrom 2004 file to our LMS and even though I fail the quiz it still shows as complete. How do I fix this problem?

I’m seeing a similar issue in my Rise (2004 4th edition) courses. Even with pass/fail criteria set at 60%, the course automatically gets marked as completed in the LMS. Has anyone found a way to resolve this issue?
Our LMS has two states:
- Course Completed
- Course Passed
In our LMS, a student would get a completed status if they completed the entire course, even though they failed the quiz.
The student would have to redo and pass the quiz to get a Course Passed status.
