Rise course will not load one lesson
I have a Rise course that will not load one of the lessons to preview. It just goes to a grey screen. This didn't always occur, it used to work properly. Is there a setting that is causing this that maybe I changed accidently? How can I fix this?

This isn't expected behavior, so I'd like to ask a few clarifying questions.
- Does this only happen when you preview the course, or when you publish too?
- Have you tried using a different browser to view the course?
- Can you share a screen recording or a copy of your course with our team?
It'd be helpful to see what lesson is causing trouble and if we can replicate the issue. We'll delete all files from our system once troubleshooting is complete!

Thanks for your quick response!
This happens while editing and after I published to Review 360.
I have not tried a different browser, mostly because our company had very rigid security restrictions and I would have to submit an IT ticket and get approval to download any new browsers.
