Rise Export to PDF - Font size changes erradically
I have created a Rise course with all the fonts being the same size - when I export it in PDF, some paragraphs show a smaller fonts. E.g. in a list 6 items are the correct font size, 3 are in a smaller font. The setting for all paragraphs is the same when I check in edit mode.
Hi everyone,
Good news! We no longer see the issue reported in this thread, where the font shrinks when publishing Rise 360 courses to PDF.
Let us know if you still have issues, and we'll work closely with you.

EricSantos We are still having this issue when we publish to PDF...
Hello LaurenF,
I'm sorry to hear you're still experiencing this behavior. As an initial troubleshooting step, please delete the cookies for Articulate sites. Here's how to do that in Google Chrome:
Select the … (Customize and control Google Chrome) icon in the upper-right corner. Click Settings. On the tab that opens, select Privacy and Security > Site Settings. Then scroll down and select Third Party Cookies. Choose See all site data and information. Enter a value in the search field (like articulate), then press Delete displayed data. Click Delete on the pop-up to confirm the action.
Please check out this article for details and instructions on deleting cookies in other browsers.
If the issue persists, would you be willing to share screenshots of what you see in the Rise course and the published PDF output? You may also share it privately by sending it along in a support case. We'll delete them when we're done.

Hi- I know it is 3 years since this last comment but we are experiencing the same issue. Was there ever a resolution?
Hi LaurenMcDonald-,
I'm sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior. Does your Rise 360 course include long bulleted paragraphs? I ask because we are currently tracking a known issue where a PDF Export has observably smaller or larger font size if the course contains long, bulleted paragraphs. Please let me know if this is the case for you so I can add this community thread to the bug report. If you don't have these types of paragraphs, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing. We'll delete it afterward!

Hi, Yes it does have some long bulleted paragraphs, but we are also seeing the font issues in knowledge checks and unbulleted long paragraphs as well.

This is happening to me as well. Contents page font size 6.5. Text blocks font size 6.5. interactive blocks font size 9 and 11. Call out blocks size 8.5. All these fonts are just too small for PDF. How can I increase the export size of the fonts please. 6.5 just is not readable and if I edit in PDF its is taking days to change all of the formatting. We really need the font to export in a readable size. Please help and advise

Hi Ian, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the font sizes in your PDF export. I'd love to troubleshoot this issue further. Would you mind sharing a copy of your PDF file here? Thanks!
Hi Viki,
I'm sorry you're seeing some issues when you export your Rise course to a PDF.
Can you tell me whether you're seeing this issue on a paragraph block or a list block?
