Rise is not working today.
Rise just keeps trying to open but won't. Looks like it might be a network issue? Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Mark
I'm not having any issue opening and working in Rise. You can always check the Articulate status page.
Hi Mark,
I'd also want to check that you're using one of the browsers supported for Rise, and they're all listed here. If you're still having trouble getting into Rise, let me know and we can start a support case to take a look at your account!

Thanks Ashley. I used Chrome and it's working fine now.

Thanks Wendy and Ashley. That's good information to know. I was using Chrome and Edge with the same issue when Rise suddenly started working again. Not sure why but I do working with Rise and now having no issues.
Thanks for keeping us posted, Mark! Happy to hear the issue resolved itself. If you happen to run into this again, don't hesitate to reach out!

I am also having a problem with Rise. I'm using Chrome and was able to open one Rise course, but when I tried to open a different one, the course was blank. Now they're all blank. I can open my list of courses, but I can't see any individual one.

Yeah, something changed behind the scenes and now we're getting blocked here. Is there a release notes I can read somewhere? Please see screenshot. Thanks.
EDIT: Found release notes, nothing that would help us identify what changed behind the scenes though :( https://articulate.com/support/article/Rise-Version-History
EDIT #2 because we love edits: If it helps, we started getting blocked after whatever change fixed the issues from yesterday.
I'm so sorry for the trouble, folks. Please log out of rise.articulate.com, then log back in.
If that doesn't work, clearing your browser cache is the next best step.
If you still cannot access Rise 360 after those two steps, let us know and we'll take a closer look.

No worries, things happen and I appreciate the quick response.
Logging out and deleting cache didn't work.
To clarify, I can access Rise360, but whenever I click on a course I get the error I sent in the screenshot.
Thank you, Joao. I'm going to open a case for you so our Engineers can investigate why this is happening. You'll hear from the team soon!
